Time to Change Timing belts...?

I own a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT. This car has two timing belts; one that is out in the open and one that is hidden. I bought the car with 113,000 miles when the seller claimed he replaced the timing belts. It now has 180,000 miles, do you believe it is time to at least get the timing belts looked at or am I ok for a while?
Time to Change Timing belts...?
You don't have two timing belts. The one out in the open is the serpentine belt. It needs to be replaced whenever you can push on it and it deflects more than a 1/4 inch or when it starts squealing. Also look for cracks and obvious signs of wear.

For the internal timing belt: Timing belts can cause serious engine damage if they break. I would recommend having it checked if it has never been done. Check the manufacturers recommendation for replacement intervals.

Why pay someone to just look at it when you have it apart replace them, it will save you in the long run, Get a book and learn how to do it and know what your mechanic is doing and why. Good Luck and God Bless
you only have one timming belt the other is a supetine belt wich should be replaced every 50 thousand mile s,your timming belt should be replaced every 70,ooo miles.probably due..
